GeckoFest Gheckostock 2017
What is GeckoFest?? It's an Annual Historic Gulfport Waterfront Street Festival full of fun for everyone... Our new office is right smack in the middle of the action so why not open our doors and welcome you in for a drink, hor'dourves and a chat :) Our office is located on 3037 Beach Blvd S. Gulfport. Our event goes on from 1-5pm but the street event goes on from 10am - 10pm and it is FREE to everyone. 2 stages with live music, food and drink vendors, arts and crafts, street performers and more. Parking is complimentary and Pets are highly welcomed... :) Be aware of the heat if you are bringing Fido!

Upon initial contact, Toby was eager to assist me in my home search. He was extremely patient and truly listened to what I wanted. He immediately provided me with a list of properties that fit my parameters and followed up asking for my feedback on each.
As Toby is a life long resident of the area, he truly opened up my search area showing me great neighborhoods I was unaware of. His knowledge of the area is amazing.
Toby was able to answer almost all of my questions immediately, however, if there was one he was uncertain of, he was quick to research the question and get back with me immediately with a full and complete answer.
What I appreciated most about Toby was how obvious it was that he was not just "out to sell a property" but truly wanted to help me do what was in my best interest.

I have to take time to write this review simply because Mr. Bondi deserves our recognition. We were in Germany transitioning to Tampa FL. My husband didn't want to wait to buy a house due to rising interest rate. So, we started looking for a house online. We had a realtor preferred by our bank who's less interest communicating via internet and long distance phone calls. Mr. Bondi did just that! From day 1, We felt to be the only client he had. There was no waits. Any minor or major issues were resolved by him, for us. So buying a house from overseas was made easy and we are very please with the outcome. He is a very honest man with integrity. Very friendly and trustworthy.
So we entered our house we bought while in Europe. And we're very happy we did it...with him. We're in the military and we move a lot. Definitely will do business with him again in terms of buying and selling houses. Yep he's stuck with us!

Toby did an incredible job helping us to buy our home. My wife and I found ourselves in a difficult position of trying to find a home while still living in Germany. We had representation by other buyer agents but were not getting the level of support that we required. Toby understood the problem we were faced with and was willing to go the extra mile to help us find the home we would love. Every home we wanted to see (and there was many), Toby made an appointment, took a tour of the home, and uploaded a video within 24 hours of our request. He took the additional steps of talking to the neighbors to get their opinions. Never did we feel like Toby was trying to just complete the sale. He would give us the facts (the good, the bad, and the ugly), make recommendations and let us make the decision. Every time we decided to keep looking, he jumped back in with the same level of tenacity. I will definitely use Toby again. He is extremely trustworthy and all around a good person.

Delia Davidson was an absolute unknown entity. She represented a property which was 1500 miles away from us. In a very short time, we felt as if we were dealing with a close friend. Her honesty was so surprising that we felt it was necessary to verify some of her comments. After a couple of verificatrions, it became evident that we had the real deal. She was with us every step of the way and then some (a lot!). After purchasing the property and THEN finally seeing it, some of Delia's observations proved to be wrong. What we found was even better than described. This total stranger has now moved to the category of friend (uh oh) and we would recomend her in the highest manner to anyone seeking that rare combination of expertise and honesty.

On our vacation trip to Florida (St Petersburg/Clearwater) in October 2013 we fell in love with white beaches, weather, people, food. We decided that it was the best place for us to live and to have our children and grandchildren visit us here and enjoy this place too. On the Zillow.com we found a very nice property and sent requests to the agents listed there. We got a very quick respond from one of the agents and scheduled the same day appointment to go see the property. That was Toby Biondi.
Perfect experience! From the initial consultation through the day we got the keys to our condo and even weeks later Toby has gone above and beyond for us. This is what makes him great:
1. He really takes the time to get to know you and your goals.
2. He is upfront about what you can expect. He doesn't give you false promises.
3. He is honest every step of the way. He will tell you immediately if he doesn't think a house is right for you. He is the opposite of someone who will rush you through the process just to get his commission.
4. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the process. The home-buying and especially escrow process can be very intimidating for a first-timer. He will lift you up in his arms and carry you through the thickets and gently lay you down in the soft peaceful meadow that is home ownership.
5. He is very responsive - he quickly replied via phone or email to all of our questions.
We had a great experience working with Toby and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to our friends and family and will for sure use him for our future real estate needs!

It has taken longer than I expected to get around to writing this but I have been too busy moving into my new place. My original meeting with Delia was accidental. I had just had knee surgery; she lives nearby but I didn't know her. She stopped by my house because she had seen something in my yard which needed attention and she took care of it. During the conversation which ensued, I learned that she is a realtor and I told her that I was considering selling my house since it seemed to be getting harder and harder to keep it up. I believe that she could have taken advantage of the situation and used it to her advantage but she didn't. It turned out that almost one year went by before I finally made the decision to sell and called her. She worked very hard on the sale and in about three months we had a prospective buyer. Then the fun really began as we went back and forth with questions, negotiations and whatever. She stayed on top of everything as she worked to bring both of us to an acceptable price, conditions and date of sale. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
