My original meeting with Delia was accidental. I had just had knee surgery; she lives nearby but I didn't know her. She stopped by my house because she had seen something in my yard which needed attention and she took care of it. During the conversation which ensued, I learned that she is a realtor and I told her that I was considering selling my house since it seemed to be getting harder and harder to keep it up. I believe that she could have taken advantage of the situation and used it to her advantage but she didn't. It turned out that almost one year went by before I finally made the decision to sell and called her. She worked very hard on the sale and in about three months we had a prospective buyer. Then the fun really began as we went back and forth with questions, negotiations and whatever. She stayed on top of everything as she worked to bring both of us to an acceptable price, conditions and date of sale. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. I am a first time buyer and Mr. Biondi was of so much help to me. I had little knowledge and was very nervous to take on something so significant. Toby helped me through each and every step and was there to answer every question I had throughout the entire process. I truly believe I wouldn't have been able to do this without him.

Worked hard finding us the right house. Worked hard negotiating a closing and a great deal with the seller. Knew what to look for as far as what needs to be fixed by the seller and guided us through the whole process and made sure we were protected.

Delia told me what needed to be done in order to sell the house we got everything done and the house was sold and closed on within 6 week I would highly recommend them.

Bondi deserves our recognition. We were in Germany transitioning to Tampa FL. My husband didn't want to wait to buy a house due to rising interest rate. So, we started looking for a house online. We had a realtor preferred by our bank who's less interest communicating via internet and long distance phone calls. Mr. Bondi did just that! From day 1, We felt to be the only client he had. There was no waits. Any minor or major issues were resolved by him, for us. So buying a house from overseas was made easy and we are very please with the outcome. He is a very honest man with integrity. Very friendly and trustworthy. So we entered our house we bought while in Europe. And we're very happy we did it...with him. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the process. The home-buying and especially escrow process can be very intimidating for a first-timer. He will lift you up in his arms and carry you through the thickets and gently lay you down in the soft peaceful meadow that is home ownership. 5. He is very responsive - he quickly replied via phone or email to all of our questions. We had a great experience working with Toby and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to our friends and family and will for sure use him for our future real estate needs!

He doesn't give up until you find the home you want. ... Before Toby I had emailed a number of realtors about houses in FL but none of them would even answer my emails. He also has knowledge of the area which is very helpful!

Delia was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. She expertly navigated us through the home buying process. She made the process smooth. ..and we closed on our new house March 7, 2014!

My wife and I found ourselves in a difficult position of trying to find a home while still living in Germany. We had representation by other buyer agents but were not getting the level of support that we required. Toby understood the problem we were faced with and was willing to go the extra mile to help us find the home we would love. Every home we wanted to see (and there was many), Toby made an appointment, took a tour of the home, and uploaded a video within 24 hours of our request. He took the additional steps of talking to the neighbors to get their opinions. Never did we feel like Toby was trying to just complete the sale. He would give us the facts (the good, the bad, and the ugly), make recommendations and let us make the decision. She represented a property which was 1500 miles away from us. In a very short time, we felt as if we were dealing with a close friend. Her honesty was so surprising that we felt it was necessary to verify some of her comments. After a couple of verificatrions, it became evident that we had the real deal.
